1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address. Your account is the token you created at sign-up, and we store only its hash.
2. Lookup history
We do not store what you look up with IP lookups and tools (the IPs and domains). To apply lookup limits, we keep only a one-way hash of the connecting IP and that day's count, per day.
3. Information kept at sign-up
To stop too many accounts being created from one place, we keep a hash of the sign-up IP and the device type (computer or phone) with the account.
4. Payment information
Plans are paid in USDT (TRC-20). We keep the payment amount, the receiving address and the blockchain transaction ID as the payment record. We do not receive card numbers or bank details.
5. Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Outside resources
The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap and flag images from flagcdn.com, so your browser connects to those services. The WHOIS tool asks the internet registries (rdap.org) about the IP you look up. Location data is DB-IP's public data kept on our own server, so your lookups are not sent elsewhere.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and payment records are kept while the account exists. To delete your account, tell us through Support. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are kept for that period and then deleted.
